Zhuqing Mao

Hello!

I am a postdoctoral fellow of economics in Prof. Fiona Tregenna's group at University of Johannesburg. My current research focuses on Global Value Chains (GVCs) and Development. My research interests include Economics of Innovation, International Trade, Industry Studies, and Area Studies (China, South Korea, Taiwan, and other developing economies). I received my master’s and doctoral degree in economics from Seoul National University, and bachelor’s degree in economics from Kyungpook National University.

My Ph.D. thesis is supervised by Prof. Keun Lee.

My current postdoc supervisor is Prof. Fiona Tregenna.
